Hey everyone! I am so sorry I have been MIA. I visited the ER on Thursday night, and was diagnosed with Colitis and possibly Crohn's Diesase. Yikes. I have been pretty miserable since. Most days my body just would not allow me to eat at all. I have been keeping myself hydrated by drinking lots of water and drinking G2 Gatorade to keep my electrolytes in balance. In the midst of all this excitement, I was accepted into the Mamavation Sistahood!! I am so excited, and as soon as doc says, "GO!" I will be back on my weight loss path. Unfortunately my scale is being very ugly right now and is showing a 6 lb gain. I am hoping this is just water retention. There is NO possible way I gained 6 lbs of fat, I didn't eat enough food in this past week for that.
So my goal for this week is to get back into my regular, non-sick eating habits and start exercising again. Slow and steady wins the race, right?
