Hey everyone! Thanks for stopping by today! I recorded my first vlog and I am super excited to share it with you! So here it is! (I am an "Ummm"-er so just look over the 1,000 times I say, "Ummm"... lol
Here is my weight for this week! (Lost 1.5 lbs for a total of 15.2 lbs since joining Mamavation in July) I am oh, so close to hitting my goal of 259 by October 1st!
Goals for this week:
- Stay super hydrated, I did better with drinking water this past week, but not as good as I could have done.
- Get to the gym and lift some weights.
- Be active every day!
