Little Bear spent the night with his mamaw and papaw Sunday night and came home with these bumps on his arm. They don't seem to be bothering him much. But if it doesn't clear up soon, off to the doc he goes. What does it look like to you?

Whenever I have questions about things like this I often visit WellTellMe.com. Have you heard of them? It's a discussion board. The Moms there are very knowledgeable and helpful. They might know. They have answered lots of my questions in the past.

It could possibly be bed bugs. When my daughter used to stay with her grandma she would come home with bumps all over her legs and arms. We later discovered it was bed bugs.
I would give her benadryl and rub itch relief cream on them and they would go away. You could try that.
To me it looks like some type of allergic reaction to some type of bite. Hope it clears up soon!
They look like spider bites.
